Service Calls
$100 trip charge plus $85 per hour for labor charges.
Whatever the problem may be, Velocity Care customers get all required service calls without charge. The average service call is $270 per visit.
Equipment Covered
Covers all Velocity installed cords, jacks, and standard wiring at the customer premise. It also covers repair or replacement of modems, routers and other Velocity equipment. Acts of god and other restrictions may apply.
*Velocity Care does not cover non-Velocity equipment, such as routers, switches, hubs, video game systems, computers, TV's or remotes.
