Types of Installs 
Standard Installation
A typical installation when direct line of site to the tower can be received from the roof of your home.  Pictured are standard “J” arms with an antenna mount. The cost of this installation varies on the length of contract.  Standard installation fees are waived with a 3-year contract.
Mast Installation
When line of site from the roof needs to extend an extra 5 to 10 feet higher to receive a signal from a tower.  The cost of this installation is a $175 one-time fee and can be financed over a 9-month period.
Pole Installation
If trees hinder the line of site to a tower, a 40 ft. utility pole is an option to receive a signal. Installment payments are available.

In Home Equipment
Each home will receive professional wiring installation and an in home router.  This router is required to run the Velocity service and will also provide you with your own WiFi network.  We also use this router to supply home phone service.

Things to consider before install.

  • Please make sure all gates and fences are unlocked, as the technician may need access to both the inside and outside of your home
  • Please secure all pets while our technician is at your location
  • Verify with technician where you want the outlet to be installed before installation begins. Depending on the service, the technician may need to place the outlet in another area for optimal results.
  • Any equipment needed for the install beyond the basic install equipment will be determined by the technician all extra charges will be disused with and paid for by the consumer before the Velocity technician can complete the installation.
  • Please point out any personal property the technician needs to be aware of to prevent unnecessary damage, including, but not limited to, underground obstructions, trees/landscaping, attic and/or crawl space hazardous conditions, etc.
  • All TVs and computers you want connected must be in your home at the time of installation, as additional service visits may be subject to additional installation fees.
  • The technician will verify that all services are working upon completion of the service visit.
