Network Operating Center (NOC) Technician

Senior and Junior level NOC Technicians support broadband operations by monitoring networks, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring reliable service for customers. They respond to alerts, assist installation techs and customer service and document solutions. Senior-level techs may supervise NOC staff and coordinate system upgrades.

Broadband Technician

Broadband Technicians install and maintain internet equipment at customer locations, ensuring strong, reliable connections. They set up routers and communication equipment, troubleshoot issues, and educate customers on their services. Techs also maintain vehicles and equipment, follow safety procedures, and may work outdoors in various weather conditions.
