We have made changes to our Velocity Care program, effective June 1, 2025.

Your Coverage Includes:

  • Peace of mind protection for Velocity provided equipment. Pay no additional fees for equipment repair or replacement.1 2
  • No fee for Truck Roll and covered cost of first hour of Labor during service calls.
  • No fee for the first line repair each year. Accidents happen, be prepared and avoid repair fees.2 3
  • Assistance with in-home connectivity.
  • Additionally, receive discounts on select services such as:

  • Router Relocation
  • Additional Line Run

  1. Velocity Care does not offer coverage for equipment or devices not provided by Velocity such as, but not limited to, TV’s, Routers or Network Switches, Smart Devices, Home Automation Devices, PC’s, Laptops, Smart Speakers, Camera or Security Systems, Gaming Consoles, or any other device purchased or owned by the end-user.
  2. Velocity Care does not cover intentional, malicious, or negligent damages. Velocity reserves the right to withdraw coverage should Velocity determine damages to have occurred through intentional, malicious, or negligent behaviors.
  3. Velocity Care will cover the full expense to repair or replace a single cut fiber or ethernet line that Velocity has installed at the customer premises per rolling 12-month period. Any additional line damages occurring within 12 months of utilizing Velocity Care damage coverage may be charged to the customer for repair or replacement determined by Velocity.


Velocity reserves the right to amend the Velocity Care program and/or it’s Terms and Conditions at any time.


Velocity Care requires a minimum 1-year (12-month) commitment. Early cancelation of Velocity Care service plan may incur additional costs associated with provided services.
